Job Title : Remote Diagnostic Radiologist

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Work Environment : Remote (MRI Department of a large health center)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, with a focus on work-life balance and a generous compensation package. You ll be working with a dedicated night service team, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Weekday coverage (M-F) from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, either on-site or remotely.
Participate in call rotations, including :

Weekday cross-sectional imaging call from 5 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM.

Weekend call from 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM, with backup to night service.

Night service team handles preliminary reads from 10 : 00 PM 8 : 00 AM.

Calls are handled from home and rotated equally from the start.

Use of a remote reading station for evening calls and backup support for night service.

Qualifications :

MD / DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiology.

Proficient in X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic nuclear medicine.

Mammography skills are a plus for on-site work, but not required for remote positions.

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.
