Job Summary :
The System Administrator / Programmer Analyst is responsible for system administration, hardware and software support, troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, and security management. The role involves developing and documenting procedures, analyzing data, generating reports, and providing analytical support for various projects and programs. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills to enhance operational efficiency and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform system administration tasks for various software platforms and applications.
- Provide hardware, software, and security support across multiple systems.
- Utilize SAP for data research, analysis, and report creation.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and enhancements.
- Track and monitor financial and operational metrics for management reporting.
- Maintain and enhance systems to support business operations and efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with management to support financial and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills :

Experience as a programmer / analyst supporting financial, operational, or utility-related systems.Background in utility construction and maintenance environments.Familiarity with SAP systems for data analysis and reporting.Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field from an accredited university.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
