Card Services Representative

Join Kellogg Community Credit Union as a Card Services Representative in our Second Street branch!

Our Card Services Representatives are responsible for a range of duties including card ordering, member inquiries, charge back processing, fraud investigations and many other tasks while providing world class member service.

Requirements

Orders and does maintenance on plastic cards

Investigates and researches fraud, processing issues, and member issues

Completes related reports, tracking, and records

Promptly and accurately completes all member and team member requests

Creates strong relationships with members and team members

Provides world class member service

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

One to three years similar or related experience

Strong knowledge of plastic card processing and regulations preferred

Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Suite

Strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills

Effective communication skills, written and oral

Ability to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationships

Candidates must have availability Monday-Friday until 5 : 30 pm. Opening is in Battle Creek Michigan.
