JOB DESCRIPTION

• Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects.
• Assists with communicating them with all levels of field management.
• Serves as operations expert on cross-functional teams.
• Assists less experienced coordinators.
• Support day to day execution of all visual documents and field communication including writing field communication, posting communication / visual updates to our communication platform, Zipline and creating visual tasks in Zipline for stores to execute.
• Support pricing and promotion set up and execution of daily promotional cadence in XCC (pricing platform)
• Support field visual questions from the Regional Inboxes that support the field.
• Reports to Sr Project Manager Store Ops and does not have any direct reports. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2-3 years store operations experience.
