Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives for firm growth, including communications and practice development

Oversee onboarding, training, and development of Financial Professionals and office staff

Manage operational functions, including new business processing and compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry

Proven ability to lead and develop staff

Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting and performance metrics

LOMA certification preferred
