Title : Senior Associate - Health and Welfare

Location : Chicago, NYC, San Francisco

Salary : Upton $130,000 + 25% Bonus

Actuarial Summary :

The Senior Associate serves as a trusted lead on health and benefits client engagements, balancing client service, project management, revenue generation, and practice development. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality actuarial work, mentors junior team members, and actively contributes to cross-functional initiatives within the office and broader region. The Senior Consultant also drives business development for health and welfare consulting projects, including identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

Actuarial Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits plan design, funding, and administration
• Strong analytical experience evaluating benefit program performance, utilization trends, and claims data
• Proficiency in developing health and welfare plan pricing, budgeting, and financial projections
• Experience supporting RFP development, vendor evaluations, and proposal analysis
• ASA designation or recent FSA from the Society of Actuaries
