An FQHC in Central Alabama with 10 sites is looking for a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician or an Internal Medicine physician work throughout their sites in Central Alabama. Quick Facts : 15-20 patients per day. Provide care to patients of all ages. Hours of operation are 7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM. Light call rotation- every 4-6 weeks.
