Job Description

• Ensure product designs meet rigorous quality and regulatory standards throughout development.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support design validation and qualification testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for design-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with industry and customer-specific requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design and development process.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong background in quality engineering within a design or product development environment.
• Experience with aerospace or high-reliability components preferred.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, CAPA).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
