Prologis is seeking a proactive Regional Marketing Manager, East Region for our Americas Marketing team. The primary role is to establish and assist in the execution of a regional marketing plans that promotes and drives results in real estate, customer experience, and digital marketing of the Prologis' East Region portfolio. The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the VP, Americas Head of Marketing. In addition, this role will partner with the Market Officers throughout the region in training all Leasing & Marketing Coordinators and / or Marketing Specialists.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Support regional leadership and collaborate closely with market-level leadership inclusive of Market Officers and Capital Deployment on priorities and regional marketing strategy. Ensure they have the sales enablement they need to perform at the highest possible level.
• Lead the region on overall marketing strategy and alignment with all stakeholders on priorities and Go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and co-lead market-level campaign execution of brand and product campaigns.
• Oversee and maintain regional marketing budgets
• Property & Development Marketing : Includes oversight of on-brand leasing materials, signage, building photography, vacancy marketing setup, events, and digital marketing.
• Essentials Marketing : Collaborate with Global Marketing team to create drive awareness for beyond real estate offerings and cross-sell with core real estate offerings.
• Training & Development : Partner with Market Officers to onboard Leasing & Marketing Coordinators / Marketing Specialists and deliver ongoing coaching and training.
• Customer Experience : Collaborate with Regional Real Estate & Customer Experience leads to oversee regions customer appreciation strategy.
• External Communications : Support Corporate Communications team in providing market insights, notifying them of crisis management issues, proactively creating strategic communications plans for key markets in the region.
• Internal Communications : Ensure that all marketing and leasing team members are aware of initiatives and change management that impacts them; manage recurring regional email newsletter and SharePoint site.
• Maintain working knowledge of all relevant systems and procedures, including Adobe Creative suite, Digital Property Marketing, Salesforce, Bynder, Monday.com, Tableau, Sigma, BOX, etc.

Building Blocks For Success :

Hiring Salary Range of $110,000 - $138,000. Salary and full compensation plan to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
