Construction Site Safety Training Specialist

We’re looking for a specialist who can design, deliver, and continually improve safety training across our field service and construction sites for the Dairy and Grain divisions.

Key impact areas

Program Development & Improvement

• Partner with division management, project managers, engineers, technical service leads, foremen, and safety staff to identify training needs.
• Research and implement industry-relevant training aligned with OSHA / ANSI; source and negotiate with vendors as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally and momentarily work near moving mechanical parts, may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and is exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
