Program Manager - Aerospace Industry

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager to oversee and manage detailed program plans in the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will ensure schedules, budgets, and resources are effectively managed, while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant milestone achievement.
• Work closely with engineering teams to meet technical requirements and act as the customer point of contact.
• Manage scope, define deliverables, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate a cross-functional team of engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain personnel.
• Identify and manage program risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Implement corrective actions to keep the program on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of program activities and financial tracking.
• Prepare updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Work Environment

The position is onsite 5 days a week at the Hudson facility with occasional visits to the Stow facility, located 7 minutes away. The environment is dynamic, with a small team of 3, providing ample interaction and an opportunity to see the product from start to finish. Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Stow, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
