Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.

Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene tasks.

Participate in patient assessments and follow-up care.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements :

Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
