Operations / Business Development Manager

Location : Remote / Mobile with local travel in the Douglas county, N El Paso county and south metro Denver area.

Reports To : CEO / Ownership Team

Compensation : $50,000 base salary + commissions (15% new commercial, 5% repeat commercial)

What You’ll Do

• Lead business development for all services provided
• Oversee service technicians, subcontractors, and scheduling
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified technicians
• Monitor quality, ensure customer satisfaction, and visit technicians weekly
• Manage vendor / supplier relationships and inventory
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and facilities
• Support safety compliance, incentive programs, and operational systems
