Location : Remote / Mobile with local travel in the Douglas county, N El Paso county and south metro Denver area.
Reports To : CEO / Ownership Team
Compensation : $50,000 base salary + commissions (15% new commercial, 5% repeat commercial)

Dryer Vent Wizard of Castle Rock provides professional dryer vent cleaning, repair and installation with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily operations and drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development for all services provided
- Oversee service technicians, subcontractors, and scheduling
- Recruit, train, and retain qualified technicians
- Monitor quality, ensure customer satisfaction, and visit technicians weekly
- Manage vendor / supplier relationships and inventory
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and facilities
- Support safety compliance, incentive programs, and operational systems
