Were seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy to lead a high-performing hospital pharmacy team through a transitional period. This role requires a visible, hands-on leader who can quickly build trust, strengthen communication, and bring stability and structure to a department in change.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, approachable leadership to a team of 35 pharmacy professionals (including pharmacists, managers, and technicians).
• Oversee all inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency.
• Drive team engagement, accountability, and collaboration through effective communication and coaching.
• Address performance and workflow challenges with professionalism and urgency.
• Implement best practices in medication safety and quality improvement.
• Partner with hospital leadership to assess current operations and support a smooth transition to permanent leadership.
