• Experience : Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.\n
• OASIS Documentation : Prior experience with OASIS documentation is required.\n
• High-Tech Skills : Competency in IV therapy, wound VAC, and complex wound care.\n
• Ability to Work Independently : Must be able to provide care in a home care setting, manage caseloads, and make clinical decisions with minimal supervision.\n
• Compliance : Must adhere to State and Federal regulations, Vermont Board of Nursing rules, and VNAHSR policies.\n
• Travel / On-Call : Able to travel to patient homes within the coverage area and fulfill on-call duties, including weekends / holidays as scheduled.\n
