Role Overview

Our Insurance Life & Wealth Business Process Services (BPS) team is seeking a new colleague to support pricing strategy, financial oversight, and deal governance processes. This remote role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate works effectively with leadership, sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams to drive sustainable growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate costing models for new logo pursuits, renewals, and projects using standardized tools and templates.
• Assist teams with competitive pricing aligned to our strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial controls are understood and followed.
• Collaborate with account teams to understand actual performance vs sold model. Highlight variances to drive awareness and course correction on future deals.

Key Skills & Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing, project accounting, and / or financial analysis. Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency. GAAP acumen is a must. Insurance and BPS experience preferred. Experience with various pricing methodologies (T&M, fixed price, etc.) and ability to support leadership reporting / governance materials. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong communicator who can work independently across geographies and functions.
