Mobjack Tavern in Hayes, VA is looking for one training manager to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on 5036 George Washington Memorial Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Create and implement training procedure
• Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action
• Coordinate with management staff to maximize training effectiveness
