Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a software engineer with experience working with C++ and Embedded Systems to join a team supporting mission critical DoD operations!

Responsibilities

Contribute directly to development efforts in C++, C#, Python, and Java

Oversee multiple programs simultaneously-no siloed projects

Drive rapid prototyping and fast-paced development cycles

Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure product integration

Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for CI / CD and project tracking

Delegate effectively while staying hands-on with technical challenges

Support growth initiatives, especially in the expanding munitions sector

Ensure all work adds value-no filler, no bureaucracy

Requirements

Currently hold or eligible for a Secret security clearance

4-10 years of experience in software engineering

Strong background in real-time systems, Linux, RTOS, and VxWorks

Experience in defense-related software : weapons, munitions, navigation

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment

Must be able to work full-time onsite (core hours : M-F, 8am-4pm)

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67.31 - $76.92 / hr.
