Job description

Part-Time HR / Payroll Coordinator - SNF

Located in Rye Brook, NY

Salary : $25 / HR-$35 / HR; based on experience

  • 25-30 HRS per week

Responsibilities :

  • Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee relations, improve the work environment, and boost morale.
  • Partner with leadership to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
  • Handle employee relations, including payroll, performance issues and disciplinary actions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must have prior HR and Payroll experience in a nursing home setting
  • Must have knowledge of ADP and smartlinx
  • Must have long-term care experience
  • Must have outstanding customer services skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
