Are you passionate about creating memorable client experiences and building strong community connections? Brown Haven Homes is seeking a Local Marketing Coordinator for our Chattanooga Design Center to champion our brand at the local level—owning the client journey from the very first impression through move-in and beyond.

This dynamic role blends local marketing execution, brand ambassadorship, and client engagement to drive referral growth and uphold the highest standards of experience excellence.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Outreach

Implement pre-approved marketing campaigns at the local level

Coordinate events, signage, community involvement, and realtor outreach

Own social media posting and engagement for the local office

Client Experience & Hospitality

Be the point of continuity during the client journey from Sales to Selections to Preconstruction.

Ensure hospitality, environment, and communication in your office are on brand and consistent.

Gather and act on client feedback (via internal survey tools, Google reviews, etc.)

Brand & Office Presence

Manage in-office branding, seasonal promotions, and referral push campaigns.

Systems & Reporting

• Maintain client records in CRM (Hubspot) and Project Management Software (Asana)

Who You Are

A detail-oriented brand ambassador with a passion for hospitality and client care

A proactive problem-solver who owns both the first impression and the lasting one

A collaborative team player, comfortable working across Sales, Design, and Construction teams

A self-starter with local market insight and a strong sense of visual and digital brand alignment

Salary Range : $40,000—$50,000 USD
