Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse - PRN. This is a 06months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in LaGrange, GA(Onsite). Key Responsibilities : Exemplary Practice and Outcomes Perform the full Nursing Process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation — using evidence-based practices. Provide patient-centered care with cultural awareness and compassion. Partner with patients and families during bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and care planning discussions. Maintain clinical competence and uphold nursing standards. Teamwork and Collaboration Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care within a professional care delivery model. Participate in interdisciplinary communication, case reviews, and shared governance initiatives. Promote teamwork, respect, and inclusion across all care teams. Professional Development and Initiative Complete ongoing education, training, and competency assessments. Serve as a preceptor or mentor for fellow nurses or students. Model professionalism and help foster a healthy work environment. Evidence-Based Practice and Research Support nursing research and performance improvement initiatives. Follow all healthcare system policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements. Contribute to data collection and quality improvement projects. Resources and Support Plan and deliver patient care efficiently across the care continuum. Collaborate with care managers and team members to optimize outcomes and resource use. Help reduce avoidable days, readmissions, and adverse events.
