Responsibilities :

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes.
• Perform portion control and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely preparation of dishes by restocking ingredients and meeting prep times.
• Set up and clean your station according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain a clean workspace, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
• Follow health and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
• Assist kitchen leads and managers with additional tasks as needed.
