Repair & Maintenance Coordinator

The Safety & Sanitation Team Member plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for guests and staff at The Wharf Fish & Oyster Company . This position ensures that all health and safety standards are met, contributing to a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to upholding cleanliness and safety in all areas of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including local health department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, including the beach.
• Prevent cross-contamination by following proper food handling, cleaning, and sanitation protocols.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies according to safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular deep-cleaning tasks and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
• Monitor and report any potential safety hazards or sanitation issues to management.
• Support kitchen and service staff in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in training new team members on sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.
