Role

Provide high-quality process support and technical leadership to the mill's operations group resulting in improved product quality, productivity, and reduced costs.

Accountabilities

• Evaluate product improvement or cost optimization projects by conducting trials including development of trial plans and authoring trial reports
• Improve product quality while implementing cost and variability reduction initiatives
• Serve as Key Variable Analysis (KVA) process center-lining leader for the line
• Responsible for supervising and providing technical support for the Hot Soft Calender and PM35 Coating departments
• Provide problem solving and analytical skills and leadership
• Assist with machine shutdowns and start ups

Requirements

Normal Work Schedule Includes : Monday through Friday with weekend rotation.
