The Opportunity

We’re seeking a results‑driven, creative, and analytical Marketing Manager to take full ownership of PRC’s marketing engine. You’ll be responsible for branding, lead generation, and ROI across every marketing channel—from Google Ads and SEO to social media, email, direct mail, and field marketing. You’ll manage a small but powerful team and report directly to the COO and CEO. This is a high‑visibility role designed for someone who wants to grow into Director of Marketing or CMO as PRC expands across Florida.

What You’ll Do

Build and strengthen PRC’s brand identity —ensuring consistent design, messaging, and reputation across all platforms.

Manage and optimize marketing channels : Google Ads, social, email, direct mail, SEO, and reputation management.

Develop and track key performance dashboards—cost per lead, ROI, and channel effectiveness.

Oversee a $40,000 / month marketing budget with clear accountability for results.

Hit performance targets : deliver 160 qualified leads per month and maintain 80% conversion rates through consistent lead follow‑up and nurturing.

Lead and develop your team to ensure every lead is handled quickly and professionally.

Attend marketing conferences and industry events to stay ahead of trends and bring fresh strategies to PRC.

Report weekly and monthly to leadership with actionable insights and new ideas for growth.

Who You Are

A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data‑driven decision‑making.

Experienced in Google Ads, HubSpot or CRM systems, SEO, and social media advertising.

Confident leading teams, managing budgets, and presenting to leadership.

5+ years of marketing experience—ideally in construction, contracting, or service industries.

A builder at heart : someone who wants to take ownership, grow with the company, and create long‑term success for everyone involved.
