Job Description :
Replying to emails and handling client enquiries
Preparing quotes, invoices, and bookkeeping using Xero
Scheduling and job planning to ensure smooth operations
Managing general administrative tasks such as paying bills, ordering supplies, and other business support needs
Must Haves :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with Xero Accounting
Ability to use WhatsApp Messenger for communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
