Locum Gastroenterology Job in Maryland Seeking Family Medicine physicians for long-term locum coverage near Baltimore, MD Job Details :

  • Coverage Date : ASAP - Ongoing
  • EMR System : Epic
  • Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
  • Practice Setting : Inpatient
  • Other detail :

Gastroenterologist to provide locums inpatient consult coverage for 1 week per month

  • Training in ERCP / EUS is a plus, but not required.
  • Candidates need to have a Maryland license, reasonably clean malpractice history and be physically located in the general vicinity.
  • Position requirements include :

    • Ability to work 1 week per month - 7-day work week. Hours day shift (8-4 : 30) with some flexibility.

  • Weekend responsibilities 1 weekend per month.
  • Mostly performing inpatient consults
  • Procedure capability for inpatients only.
  • No outpatient work involved
  • Night shift coverage, and on-call coverage TBD, if so, it would be telephonic only.
