Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities :

As a healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting specific roles at all facilities in your region.

You will review new and old candidates on a daily basis.

You will reject or attempt to contact candidates based on qualifications and work history.

You will support the recruiting processes and initiatives of the director of the department.

You will visit facilities in your region on a regular basis.

You may be asked to partake in other recruiting activities as needed (i.e. job fairs, recruiting programs).

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience recruiting, preferably in long-term care.

A positive and outgoing personality.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

The ability to build relationships and identify strong candidates for healthcare roles.
