• Hospital employed practice owns 9 locations throughout Westchester and the Bronx providing primary care, gyn, behavioral health, GI and Cardiology services - 30 providers in the group and 5 cardiologists
• Hospital consults to be taken by covering ED and ICU for any patients that come through
• Telephone call rotated 1 : 3 a week at a time, telephone only (have family medicine residency support for backup)
• Many tough cases get transferred to large local institution through their clinical affiliation
• ECHOs, Stress Tests done regularly, Nuclear training strongly preferred but not required
• Group has been together since initiation of the PC, no turnover within the specialty
