The Marketing & Communications Manager leads all external communications, developing a bold, youth-centered voice. The role manages teen interns, drives creative campaigns, increases partner visibility, and communicates impact to the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain TeenTix’s youth-centered voice and consistent brand across platforms
- Co-create messaging with staff and teen contributors for both youth and adult audiences
- Produce compelling digital / print content : social media, newsletters, web, flyers, blog posts, video
- Manage and mentor teen content creators and interns
- Lead strategy, design, and day-to-day management of social media; grow engagement using analytics and feedback
- Oversee email marketing, website updates, press, and media relations
- Design creative campaigns to increase TeenTix Pass sign-ups and participation
- Represent TeenTix at events and support community / partner outreach
- Support fundraising communications and donor engagement with the Director of Philanthropy
