The Senior Supervisor, Distribution is a key role responsible for the oversight and execution of all warehousing, inventory management, and transportation operations. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure distribution operations align with company growth, cost-efficiency, and customer service objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with advanced inventory management strategies, managing contract labor, optimizing transportation processes, and leveraging WMS / TMS platformsalong with a deep understanding of domestic and international shipping.

This role is onsite in Hazelwood, MO.

Essential Functions

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily distribution center operations, ensuring effective execution of receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, safety protocols, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation processes, root cause analysis, and cross-functional alignment with planning and procurement.
• Manage and maintain inventory storage conditions, including temperature and hazard compliance
• Set and monitor KPIs such as dock-to-stock time, pick accuracy, and warehouse utilization; implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Lead seasonal and contingency planning to ensure business continuity and service level performance.
