Culinary Chef – Longboards

Longboards is seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring our coastal-inspired menu to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, creativity in menu execution, and the leadership ability to inspire and manage a high-energy kitchen.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency meet Longboards standards.

Develop and execute seasonal menu items that reflect fresh, approachable flavors.

Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets while minimizing waste.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Culinary Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen management.

Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a collaborative culture.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Passion for delivering great food and a memorable guest experience.
