Full-Time Marketing & Sales Representative

We are expanding along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to help grow our client base and strengthen referral relationships across the coastal region.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by promoting About You In Home Care 's services throughout the Gulf Coast area. This individual will build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families to increase brand awareness, generate referrals, and convert leads into clients.

This is a full-time field-based position ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on connecting with people, educating the community, and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Outreach

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, hospices, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations.

Promote About You In Home Care services through one-on-one meetings, presentations, and participation in community events.

Represent the company at local health fairs, networking events, senior expos, and chamber of commerce activities.

Identify and cultivate new referral partners and business opportunities within assigned territories.

Sales & Client Conversion

Respond to new inquiries and referrals promptly, providing accurate information about services and the intake process.

Coordinate with the care management and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals for new client enrollments and referral partner engagement.

Maintain detailed records of outreach, contacts, and conversions in the company's CRM system.

Marketing & Branding

Assist with local marketing campaigns, including print materials, social media promotions, and community sponsorships.

Gather market intelligence to help refine sales strategies and identify competitive opportunities.

Represent About You In Home Care with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times.

Qualifications Required :

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development , preferably in healthcare, senior care, or related fields.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email communication, and CRM software.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily within the Gulf Coast territory.

Preferred :

Background in home care, home health, hospice, or senior living marketing / sales.

Familiarity with Mississippi Gulf Coast communities and healthcare networks.

Existing relationships with referral sources in the area (a strong plus).

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends for community events).

Compensation : Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses .
