SUMMARY :
Responsible for handling Slots Department employee / guest requirements. Ensures Slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Regularly reviews and evaluates Slot Services Specialists
- Reviews unsatisfactory results or conditions with Slot Operations Manager to take appropriate steps in resolving issues
- Responds to all Guest requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly. Promotes Departmental and property-wide promotions with all Guests.
- Handles guest change requirements.
- Verifies necessary authorization for jackpots & hand pays when necessary.
- Ensures that ticket fills and minor machine maintenance are completed in a timely manner to keep machines in constant operation.
- Is notified by Slot Service Specialists of Customer needs and requests.
- Assists in maintaining Slot Floor Security by notifying Security Shift Manager / Supervisor of any suspicious activity.
- Maintains a working knowledge of facilities, as well as special events and marketing promotions in order to advise customers of same, whenever possible.
- Assists other Slot persons as needed.
- Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled Departmental meetings and trainings.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Handles Guest & Employee disputes.
- Responsible for ensuring Casino Beverage Stations are properly maintained.
- Keep all areas clean & sanitized as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
High School diploma or equivalency degree required and 1 year of Slot Floor experience.
