A company is looking for a Benefits Consulting Practice Account Manager to manage client accounts and relationships remotely. Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner carriers / vendors Lead integration efforts for new coverages and vendor partnerships Resolve administrative and operational issues efficiently and professionally Required Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, benefits administration, or a related field Proven ability to manage client relationships and vendor partnerships Experience with benefit coverage programs and carrier / vendor integrations Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
