Shift Leader

We are looking for night shift only. The hours will be starting at 4pm up to closing.

• Shift leaders will perform duties alongside the management team;
• Food preparation and shift management.
• Daily Cash, Labor and Cost of Goods control.
• Training new employees. Implementation of training practices.
• Planning, Assigning and Directing of work.
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving day to day problems.
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.

General Job Duties involve operation of all equipment; stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage / work area / walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone and internet orders; clean equipment and facility. General Physical demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders / stairs, stoop / bend, crouch / squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures / conditions inside and outside.
