Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 17 Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1RN / 1CST per room, turn over staff, 1 charge RN, 4 : 1 Anesthesia coverage. Inhouse night shift. Type of equipment : XI Robot, advanced spine, Mako joint robot, Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : 3 call shifts(12hr) x 4 weeks. Days and nights available Floating policy : none required Patient Experience requirements : AIDET Requested Skill Set : Circulating RN in general OR to include Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Vascular, and Trauma and Robotic obgyn and Urology cases Surgical procedures in the following areas : General, trauma, Ortho(trauma and elective joints / sports medicine)Urology, GYN, XI robotic utilization, plastics, Neuro(complex crani and spine services) Cardio / thoracic dedicated staff.
