In this role, you'll partner closely with lenders and leadership to assess risk, underwrite new and existing loan requests, and help structure deals that support both the borrower and the institution. What You'll Do :

• Analyze financial statements for new and existing commercial loan relationships using credit analysis software.
• Prepare thorough write-ups with historical performance comparisons, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks.
• Assess collateral and structure credit requests to meet policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Serve as a credit resource to lenders, helping define credit requirements and recommending sound loan structures.
• Collaborate with commercial lenders and occasionally join them on client visits or business development events.
• Review and monitor loan policy compliance, approval conditions, and post-close documentation.
• Mentor and support junior Credit Analysts within the department.
• Work cross-functionally with other internal teams and support overall credit quality across the portfolio.
