Set Designer

Overview

Our client, a well-known theme park and resort company, is seeking a Set & Exhibit Designer to join their team onsite in Orlando, FL . This is a starting 6-month contract, Monday through Friday 9am-6pm.

The designer will be responsible for the design, development, and documentation of the overall attraction, scenic and show elements primarily utilizing architectural and CAD software as a design and coordination tool.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be a creative, innovative, organized thinker and problem solver with strong technical and artistic ability with various design techniques / tools such as show set / scenic design and drafting, 3D modeling, architectural design, and / or others.
• Must be proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit. Preferably has 3D computer modeling & rendering skills.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment that includes a wide variety of aesthetic, technical and project management disciplines.
