Job Description
The experienced Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd & Weekend Shifts will be responsible for resolving manufacturing issues from root cause to the most apparent symptoms.

Weekend - 5-8’s or 4-10’s - Working Sat / Sun - Starting at 8am
2nd Shift - 4-10’s - M-Thurs -N Starting at Noon
Day-to-Day Duties May Include :
- Participating in the development and implementation of reliable methods, working across functional groups.
- Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and concepts.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation.
- Developing best practices and implementing across all products.
- Designing, conducting, and developing reports for experiments to characterize and validate new or changed manufacturing processes.
- Training assemblers in new manufacturing processes.
- Balancing the production line.
- Justifying, specifying, ordering and coordinating the installation and qualification of tooling and equipment.
- Evaluating product designs and facilitating DF(X) improvements.
- Determining appropriate material presentation and packaging.
- Improving ergonomics of manufacturing methods.
Qualifications :
Engineering Degree; preferably in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.2+ years’ experience in process design, development, and process / equipment qualification or validation.Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, aerospace, or automotive is preferredStrong process design, improvement, and validation skillsProven ability to work effectively across multiple business groups, communicate clearly, and operate under a quality systemExperience with lean manufacturing, problem-solving methodologies, and process validationAbility to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyFlexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentNO C2C CANDIDATESInterested Candidates please apply on our website at
