Hayward Specialty Lighting Division Sales Manager
Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment and outdoor landscape lighting at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is based in the West Coast.
The West / SouthWest District Sales Manager for the Hayward Specialty Lighting division is a key position that is responsible for executing the selling efforts for two business units within the Hayward Organization, J&J Electronics Pool / Spa / Fountain Lighting and Sollos Outdoor Landscape Lighting. This individual will be calling on the Landscape and Irrigation (L&I) channel as well as the Pool Products channel for Hayward. This individual will be responsible for converting new dealers to the brand, retaining a dealer base and supporting our wholesale distributors who supply Hayward product to the trade. This role works side by side with the broader Hayward pool team as a brand specialist and will work alongside our outside independent sales firms representing our selling efforts into the Landscape channel. This position manages a large geographic region in the Western US and requires a person willing to travel and manage two different market channels.

Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
Minimum of 10 years related sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of and experience in the landscape and irrigation industry is preferred.
Personal computer skills and mechanical capability are essential.
Must have strong planning and organizational skills.
Demonstrated successful prior sales management.
Travel
This is a field selling position and will require a minimum 75% travel
