Position Overview

The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of company and client events, ensuring that every detail runs smoothly. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Washington, DC

Job : Full time

Pay : $18.50 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown

Greet and assist attendees, guests, and vendors during events

Handle administrative tasks such as registration, sign-in sheets, and documentation

Maintain event supplies, equipment, and inventory

Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs efficiently

• Assist management and event coordinators with any additional tasks as needed

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or event-related coursework preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
