Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in) - We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily living - We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines Years of experience REQ : 1 First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Yes Weekend REQ : EOW Certs REQ : BLS Is on-call REQ?
