Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a day shift Ultrasound Sonographer with ARDMS certification in OB and Abdomen, BLS, and a current NH Imaging Tech License.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an ultrasound department under supervision with primary focus on OB and abdominal sonography
  • 12-week assignment with day shifts Tuesday through Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • 36-hour workweek with the potential for 4x10 hour shift scheduling
  • EMR documentation is done using Epic
  • Must reside more than 50 miles from Dover, NH
  • Fit testing for respirator is strongly preferred before start and must be completed within 14 days if pending
  • Two New Hampshire background checks (criminal background and BEAS record check) required
  • Work attire and environment details determined by clinical leadership
  • Parking may require use of public transportation or daily fee parking lots
  • Timekeeping is managed using UKG / Kronos system
  • Holiday coverage may be required

  • Current ARDMS certification in OB and Abdomen required
  • Current BLS certification from AHA is required
  • NH Imaging Tech License required if applicable
  • No conditional or pending licenses accepted
  • Proof of professional licensure required before consideration
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions
