Job Description

Construction company in Pinellas County is looking for a Front Office Coordinator.

Busy office, will handle inbound / outbound calls.

  • Excel; Adobe; Word; general front office skills.
  • CRM Job Nimbus knowledge a plus but can train if needed.
  • Help in preparing Paperwork to for team to pull permits.
  • Help in documenting payments that come into the office.
  • Hours Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm = 1 / 2-hour lunch
  • $18 to $22 per hour based on experience.

Full Time, (long term temp to permanent hire)
