As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you'll greet guests, answer phones, support administrative needs, and help ensure smooth front-desk operations. Shift : Days

Receptionist Duties

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls, direct callers, take messages, and manage voicemail as needed
• Maintain accurate listings of resident room numbers, emergency contacts, and key facility information
• Operate phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment
• Provide general administrative support, including ordering supplies and organizing documents
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
