Tempur Sealy is looking for an experienced and team minded individual to join our Denver team as a Manufacturing Engineer.

Lead the Company's Quality Program at the plant level (location) to ensure the product delivered to customers meets Tempur Sealy internal quality standards with regard to standard assembly processes, Mandatory / General assembly specifications, final inspections standard, work-in process standards and raw material standards. Drive accountability through data; establish structure and consistency throughout the organization by developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality and continuous improvement operating system. Transform from traditional quality practices to a proactive integrated quality approach.
