CASHIER - CAGE

Cage Cashier

The Cage Cashier is responsible for the control and accounting of transactions for the cage windows. The Cage Cashier performs transactions with high volume cash and non-cash transactions for our guests in a friendly, courteous, accurate, and timely manner.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to :

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide legendary guest service with respect, passion and dedication.
• Process Credit and Debit card advancements for guest.
• Cash personal checks.
• Exchange cash, chips and tickets at the cage window.
• Process all transaction accurately and with integrity.
• Exchange foreign currency.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Enter patron transactions into the company computer system accurately.
• Prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with our standards and procedures.
• Strictly adhere to department policies and procedures in order to maintain integrity of the Cage operation.
• Responsible for the impress bank issued. Perform guest and in house monetary transactions.
• Transfer cash, chips and checks between cages and / or departments in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Promote positive public / team member relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
