Job Description

An established technology-driven organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications. This role will oversee the successful implementation of innovative software solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership, support existing systems, and drive strategic technology initiatives across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate software deployment across multiple product environments, ensuring smooth releases and minimal downtime.
  • Oversee release management processes, including governance, milestone planning, and change implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including offshore partners.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance system performance and business capabilities.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and deployment operations.

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (equivalent experience accepted).
  • Minimum 10 years of software engineering or application development experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, deployment pipelines, and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives.
  • Experience with Microsoft-based development environments, APIs, and database systems preferred.

    The base salary range for this position is $110,000–$120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
