POSITION SUMMARY :

• Participates in the overall sales efforts of the community to maintain a strong brand in the market, high levels of occupancy, and a healthy pipeline of future residents.
• Assists with lead base management, outreach to prospective residents and referral sources, conducting personal visits, planning and executing marketing events, and providing administrative support for the sales process.
• Serves as liaison with new residents and their families to ensure a smooth transition to the community.
